Pieces of you.

eden-paragallo

First you laid your head on my shoulder.
She was here next to you,
Then she left, upset.
We ran towards the void,
We ran, ran to escape the crowd.
I lied down against you,
In the middle of the grass.
My hands was looking for yours;
I can still feel the warmth
Of your fingers between mines.
You held me in your arms like before,
I wanted to kiss you but I wasn't sure.
We disappeared once again
To be alone until the end.
It was dark and cold,
Even the cigarette we smoked
Could heat our bones.
We were sitting in corner
Of a big stoned divider.
We crossed our legs together,
And smiled like simple dreamers.
But I was there in my bed,
Hidden underneath the duvet.
Haunted me the whole night
Like an old ghost of the past.
Maybe I just can't forget you forever,
I will love until the end of the world.
