How to love

I don't know how to love, I depend entirely on the person. 
i feel being eaten by love, it's so huge. It's consuming me. So I just feel sad again and again . I can't find an balance between me and what should I do or not do and the love that I should give. Always feel embarrassed and super jealous for no reasons.
