The beautiful sky passed away

carlaval

The beautiful sky passed away

He wears his dead clothes and cry,

Because his blue youngness disappeared

And only the grey clouds dance on his immensity

The black mountain rise up

Like the grave of the dead sky

And the limbs of hope vanish

When the blind wind breathe out

The death’s birds seek the illness

And the failing snow is the white shroud

Of these nude corps laid on

The eternal landscape of earth

No more sorrow for these poor guys

God is not dead; he stalks all of your acts

And if your are like the snake without end

He will eat you! And your soul will cry like them.

Think of this majesty, pray for your hearth

The dark cross will be your sepulcher

Because the fire run out these eyes

And the eternal peak claims his revenge.
