The Death Justice

I'm not sure that death is good, even for a criminal ... indeed, whatever criminals or people have done, death is always a tragedy.

In France and in some other parts of the world it's called " La loi du Talion ". That is to say if you kill, you'll be killed, if you steal, you'll be stolen ( or hands cut ) etc. And definitely, it's the most basic way to apply a judgment to a human being. Moreover, I think Prisons should have to become real Blocks to Live correctly in. A little like a commercial center. Prisoners would have the right to ask for much more comfort, much more work in the prison, much more entertainments, but also the right to earn money, to go for shopping, to go to restaurants, theaters, cinéma, library, swimming pool and they would have the right to study in order to find a job in the prison, or after having been lived inside the prison, as pronounced by the justice. What I want to say is that if countries don't give some money to improve their prisons, these countries would have more and more criminals in their territories. What do you want ? Bitter criminals out ? or Conscious post-prisonners on to life ?
